On my recent stay, I truly fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere of this hotel. It’s just a short walk to the Hidimba Devi Temple and about a 15-20 minute trek to the bustling Mall Road. The hospitality of the staff was commendable, taking my feedback seriously and ensuring that my stay was as smooth as possible. However, I found the room design to be a bit awkward and not as spacious as I would have liked. Overall, if you're looking for fantastic views and a serene setting, this place is worth considering.

The dining options were abundant, making our stay even more enjoyable. There were minor issues with the connectivity, and the location was a bit away from the main area, but overall, I loved my time here.

The hotel boasts stunning views, but there are significant shortcomings in service and room maintenance. The location is a bit challenging to reach, especially with narrow roads. While the atmosphere was nice and I had some pleasant interactions with the staff, the overall experience was marred by various issues in the room.

The food was above average, and the hospitality was commendable. However, the rooms were a bit snug and the noise from the construction work was occasionally disruptive. Despite these minor issues, I would recommend it if you’re looking to enjoy beautiful views and the chance to experience snowfall.
